ABOUT

    Jeff Felton was born and raised locally in Rogersville, Mo.  He lived and worked the family farm in his youth.  This experience has created attention to detail and a tremendous work ethic.

    As an adult, Jeff began working at Custom Metalcraft and continues to work there today.  This skill set and knowledge led him to create specific "one of a kind" smokers. His ability to smoke a variety of meats is unrivaled. He took the nickname given to him by his father and started Skinners BBQ.

   Later, Jeff married Valerie.  She is a graduate of Memphis Culinary Academy, and has trained under German Master Pastry Chefs.

    Together they continued to grow Skinners into a thriving business.  It included 2 food trucks and their own signature BBQ sauce bottled and sold on store shelves.

    Jeff is an avid gardener.  They want to bring farm-to-table fresh vegetables to their customers.  This will create an amazing compliment to their smoked meats, rustic breads, specialty  entrees that include a variety of charcuterie trays and desserts.

    They are looking forward to utilizing the farm for cooking classes  and other events.
